Stellantis Faces Another Vehicle Recall as Jeep Models Pose Safety Concerns
Stellantis shares showed little movement despite a new recall affecting nearly 164,000 Jeep vehicles in the U.S. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration flagged potential door trim detachment issues in certain Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer models manufactured between 2022 and 2025.
Dealers will inspect and replace faulty components at no cost, but investors remain wary. This marks the latest in a series of recalls for the automaker, following September's software-related recall of 92,000 Jeep Grand Cherokee hybrids. Such recurring quality issues continue to cast a shadow over Stellantis' market performance.
